The Marketing Representative is accountable for significantly growing our local agent base, growing our share of our existing agents’ business as well as driving local agents adoption of the key technologies we build to help their business grow online. You’ll have a company car and opportunity to significantly increase your pay through your hard work that results in production for Windhaven.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for hitting monthly new agent acquisition goals
  • Accountable for hitting monthly existing agent contribution goals (helping drive more business from existing agent base)
  • Accountable for hitting monthly existing agent technology adoption goals
  • Communicate competitive and market intel based on field learnings
  • Review agency book of business reports and identify tactics for improvement (by agency)
  • Champion our products, practices, procedures and processes and brand(s) to all stakeholders of our business
  • Maintain understanding of regulatory issues in FL that impact our / agent business
  • Build amazing relationships with all local agents and helping their business succeed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-5 years sales or underwriting experience with Home or Auto Insurance carrier
  • Willing to consistently and effectively visit and communicate with agents daily
  • Strong English written / verbal communication (Spanish a bonus)
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Internal desire to sell and persuade others
  • Strong work ethic for both financial gain and merit-based compensation based on clear acquisition goals

About This Position

As a High Point Insurance Solution Representative you will build and develop client relationships within local communities to promote Insurance products including Retirement, Home and Life Insurance. We will support you by providing guidance from experienced Sales professionals, training, and sponsoring licensing exams. You can leverage our relationships with over 16,000 Affinity Groups target customers. As your client base grows, your earning potential eas well through a combination of guaranteed base salary and earned commission.

Average first year earnings of $60,000-$65,000 – thru a combination of base salary, uncapped commission and bonus structure.

Responsibilities

  • Sell auto, home, life and other insurance products to individuals and Apex Marketing within assigned territory using consultative selling techniques.
  • Identify prospective customers using established lead methods.
    Counsel and advise prospects and policyholders on matters of protection and coverage.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with policyholders and within community.
  • Make group presentations to decision-makers in Affinity organizations.
    Service and maintain renewal policies.
  • Participate in various incentive programs and contests designed to support achievement of production goals.
  • Meet goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Must hold a current Life and Health Insurance license and be current on CE requirements
  • Have a minimum of one year of insurance sales experience
  • Have the capacity to understand various products from multiple carriers and use that knowledge to make sound recommendations to consumers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Have good computer skills, including accurate and timely data entry and familiarity with email and internet navigation
  • Will be willing to authorize a background check that results in good findings
  • Will work 32-40 hours per week Monday-Friday
  • Have a desire and ability to consistently sell insurance

About This Position

Assists department and management officials by providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and carries out instructions.
  • Keeps informed of company policies and procedures; answers related internal and external questions within authority.
  • Performs general clerical office duties to include, but not limited to, mail, filing, telephones, data entry, copying, appointment scheduling/reservations and travel arrangements.

About This Position

Health insurance provider is looking for data entry experts to join the team ASAP. Position is located in Sorrento Valley.

  • Must have minimum high school diploma (no GED!)
  • Must have experience in 10-key data entry
  • Temporary or temp-to-hire
  • Shift is M-F, 7 am – 3:30 pm or 7:30 am – 3 pm
  • Production experience preferred

Our client seeks an IT Administrator Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining the internal systems for a rapidly growing insurance firm. The IT Administrator Manager will act as a liaison between technical and non-technical people. Excellent organizational skills are a must for this fast paced, highly visible location.   • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the Service Desk
  • Update network applications as required
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment
  • Conduct technology training for new users
  • Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity
  • Assist in the development of training coursework and materials
  • Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise
  • Attend courses to develop and keep skills and knowledge current
  • Comply with continuing education requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience supporting OS X and Window Experienced with VMware Desktop and Server software
  • Experienced in building an Active Directory/Open Directory, LDAP infrastructure environment, support and maintenance a must
  • Experience with implementing on-line collaborative environments. (SharePoint, SalesForce, Google Apps, etc)
  • Working knowledge of network technologies (DNS, TCP/IP), familiarity with Cisco devices (ASA, Switches, etc)
